Our Team.

KC's Curbside Bistro Food Truck is founded and managed by Zeynep Ozarslan and Kerry Churchill aka KC, where one is a native of Istanbul, Turkey and the other is born and raised in North Easton, Massachusetts. They both bring their business, hospitality and culinary backgrounds to the table. 

Kerry is the creative curator behind the scenes and the chef you will see cooking on the truck.  Kerry started her career at 14 years old as a dishwasher and by the time she was 15, she was learning how to short order cook. Kerry has 25+ years of experience working in various culinary venues from local mom & pop to fine dining restaurants including the FYVE restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Pentagon City, VA and Daniel Webster Inn in Sandwich.


Kerry: "We are a family business. If it wasn't for my dad, there would be no food truck." 

Kerry and her dad spent a full year in 2020 building the food truck from the ground up with very limited resources. 

Zeynep has years of experience working for Marriott Hotels in DC & Boston. Prior to her hospitality career, she worked as a server at a local Fairfax, VA restaurant while attending college. Currently she works as a full time HR Professional at a local manufacturing company on the South Shore. Zeynep manages bookings, social media accounts, accounting, and legal work for the business. She even helps on the truck when needed!
