Kerry has a culinary career spanning over two decades. KC started bussing tables at 14 years old and before her 15th birthday she was learning short order cook in North Easton- her hometown. Her culinary journey took her through variety of culinary styles & venues including Daniel Webster Inn in Sandwich to FYVE restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Pentagon City in Arlington, VA.
She specializes in BIG flavors fusing old and new, and turning some old favorites on their head with unexpected but delicious twists and flavor combinations.
Presentation matters, and even on a casual food truck you will find the food looks as good as it tastes. She blends Southern, French, Italian and more. The food is lovingly made to order. No shortcuts are allowed. Nothing is frozen. Ever.
Zeynep, with a background in hotel hospitality, Special Events, HR and Accounting, she juggles many positions at once and is beyond invaluable to our operation. Need to book an event? She is your girl!
